1. Inquiry
The first step in starting your custom jewelry journey is filling out our Custom Inquiry Form. This form helps us understand your vision, preferences, and budget. Once submitted, our team will review your request and reach out to schedule a personalized design consultation to bring your vision to life.
2. Design & Sourcing
It is time to collaborate on a personalized design so that our team can source stones for your custom project! If you haven’t sent over visual references in your inquiry form, this is the time to do so. From here, we will know the type of metal you would like and what kind of stone(s) to source for your special piece.
We take a $500 sourcing deposit to start the stone search. Each stone is sourced specifically for you so we take a deposit before beginning the process. It allows us to reserve stones with our suppliers and dedicate time to finding the best match for your preferences. The deposit goes directly toward your purchase, so it’s simply a way to lock in priority access to the most beautiful options. Our team usually sources around 2-3 stones - depending on your project and budget - for you to choose from. If working remotely, we share videos, photos, and a detailed explanation of each stone. If working in person, we will sort through the options in person.
3. Deposit
Once a stone is chosen, we take a non-refundable 50% deposit. This deposit is required to begin the custom drawing process. Your custom ring is drawn digitally so you can see every detail of it (including your very own hand-picked stone!) and make any changes that you may want. Our pricing includes up to 2 revisions and any revisions after that may incur charges. Once the digital design is approved, it is time to craft your piece in gold and set the stone(s)! You also have the option to try it on in a wax/plastic prototype version to make sure everything is perfect.
4. Handcrafting your Custom Piece
After the digital drawing is approved, it is time to bring your custom design to life! Your piece is cast in whatever metal you chose, your hand picked stones are set, and it is finished to perfection.
5. Delivery
Once it is ready to be shipped, we send you photos or we set up a time to view the final piece! The remainder of your payment is due at this point. Once payment is received, we can arrange a time for pick up or we can ship your custom piece to you via FedEx overnight and insured delivery.
